Stacey Sainato – Owner

Peony Events Founder and Owner, Stacey Sainato, earned her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing and Business from Immaculata University in Malvern, Pennsylvania, located near her hometown. It was at the Philadelphia headquarters, in the buying office of retailer Anthropologie, that her career in fashion was launched.

Stacey quickly realized that her passion was to take a hands-on approach in the busy world of events, marketing and public relations. Working for companies such as Boss Hugo Boss, Neiman Marcus, and Viking Yachts, Stacey has dedicated over a decade to the fashion and luxury goods industry. Planning events and styling fashion shows for top designers including Michael Kors, Giorgio Armani and David Yurman, Stacey began to focus her efforts on the corporate trade.

With Trading Partners Collaboration, Stacey worked simultaneously for two corporations, serving as a senior event planner, traveling, planning and producing large-scale conferences at some of the top resorts, nationwide. In 2011, Stacey established Peony Events with love. Stacey has been in the event planning industry for over fifteen years and is now the most sought after NJ event planner. Stacey doesn’t consider her career a job as it’s her passion and she truly enjoys her day-to-day routine which varies daily. Stacey is so grateful to be doing what she loves every day and assisting her clients with such special times in their life.

In her free time,  Stacey loves spending time with her two children, two dogs, traveling and going to classes at Orangetheory Fitness.

Maria Falzo – Senior Event Planner

Maria Falzo is a powerhouse executive with two decades of experience in the event planning industry.  Upon graduation in 1999 from The Art institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Fashion Marketing, Maria’s entire career has been at the forefront of marketing, public relations, event management and community relations within the fashion and beauty industries.  She has held executive event planning and public relations positions for Neiman Marcus Group, Saks Fifth Avenue and Hugo Boss in addition to support positions with national retailers which all shaped her career. In 2007 she founded The Hip Event a public relations, marketing, and event planning company, specializing in the fashion, hospitality, entertainment, corporate and Non-Profit sectors.

Leslie Sica – Senior Event Planner

Leslie Sica grew up in Morris County, New Jersey and is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. She spent a decade working in the Fashion and Jewelry Industries for prestigious firms such as Neiman Marcus, Escada and the Movado Group prior to joining Peony Events in 2012 as an Event Planner and nurturing her life long love for event planning and all that it involves.
