Jaime and Adam met in NYC back in 2006 while Jaime was finishing up college at NYU. Since then, they have survived 3 different apartments (ranging from 250 sq. ft. to their current massive estate of 680 sq. ft.), 3 years of law school, the NY and MA bar exams, 5 years at Apple, and at least 2 live raccoon sightings. Needless to say, they are in it for the long haul! They also recently took the plunge and brought home their puppy Brody.

In January 2013, Jaime and Adam planned a trip to the Bahamas, but first they decided to stop off to see Jaime’s grandparents in Boynton Beach, Florida. Before they left for the Bahamas, Adam ran to Jaime’s Nana and Papa to show them the ring. With tears in their eyes, they gave Adam their approval (Adam had already secured Jaime’s father’s blessing). On their last night of a fantastic vacation in the Bahamas, Adam led Jaime to a private beach to watch the sunset. Knowing that Jaime loves when the sky turns pink and purple right before the sun sets, Adam waited patiently for this moment. Finally, when the sky was as beautiful as it could be, Adam asked Jaime to take a picture. When she turned around, Adam was down on his knee in the sand, asking Jaime to spend the rest of her life with him. Of course she said yes! They shared 24 hours as a newly engaged couple before they landed back in New York and shared the news with friends and family.
